Tennies is a place for high school art enthusiasts from south west Sydney to connect and create, learning with artists and arts workers.
Our regular program continues online in term 2, 2020 with a series of video chats in May and into the July holidays.
Students are invited to speak with key arts organisations from Western Sydney and Sydney – and get to know the amazing creatives who run them.
This is an opportunity to understand career options and pathways in the creative arts, and connect with artists and peers over art-making each week – participating students will be mailed materials ahead of the series.
The online chats will be led by Campbelltown Arts Centre, meeting artists and arts workers each session: artist Bhenji Ra with NIRIN: 22nd Biennale of Sydney, AFTRS, Urban Theatre Projects, Information & Cultural Exchange (I.C.E.), National Art School (NAS), Western Sydney University, Pari and more to be announced!
