Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse (WHIN)

The Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse (WHIN) Coordinator Program is a partnership between NSW Health and the NSW Department of Education. Melissa Tran (WHIN) will work closely with Mount Annan High School's Learning and Support and Wellbeing teams, to support students and families in accessing local health and social services on a wide range of health and wellbeing issues.

Meet our Wellbeing Nurse

Melissa Tran is our new Wellbeing Health and In-Reach Nurse (WHIN). Her role is to work with the school, students and their families to identify their health and wellbeing needs and connect them up to the right services to get the right support.

Melissa will be here every Tuesday and can be contacted on 0467 766 591 during business hours.
