Weekly Events - Week 4B

Welcome to Week 4B, commencing Monday 19th May. The term is progressing smoothly, and we’re looking forward to a quieter week ahead. Just a reminder that we have our breakfast club running 5 days a week in our Coffee Nook area as you enter the front gate of the school.  It is open from 8.15am so you can eat your free breakfast to start the day right. On Fridays, we have our delicious pancakes on offer! Thank you to the team led by our CLO and Chaplain Beth for supporting this event.

As per usual, our regular clubs are running throughout the week as well as the YES Programs for our Year 10 students. On Monday 19th May, we have students participating in the Volleyball - Boys & Girls CHS Knockout Tournament and on Thursday 22nd May we have students participating in the Macarthur Zone Open Netball Knockout. We also have the continuation of our Support Unit Community Access program, including Pickleball for Years 7 and 8 on Friday and we also have the Respectful Relationships - Big Yellow Umbrella session running for our Support Unit students on Wednesday.

On Friday 23rd May, our school is hosting the Cancer Council - Australia's Biggest Morning Tea to raise much needed funds for the Cancer Council. All students are invited to show their support through purchasing items at our Bake Sale during Recess in the Quad. There will be a selection of cupcakes, lolly bags, biscuits and other delicious treats on sale, with prices ranging from $0.50-$4.00. Students can also show their support via a Gold Coin Donation that will be collected during roll call and wearing a splash of YELLOW on the day. This can be in the form of yellow socks, yellow nail polish, scrunchies/hair elastics, ribbons etc. A massive thank you in advance for your support on this day.

Wishing you all a fantastic week ahead!
