MAHS Geography Competition

The Australian Geography Competition is a contest for Australian secondary school students, to assess their geographical knowledge and skills. The competition aims to encourage student interest in geography and to reward student excellence. 

The competition consists of a 30-minute online test that mainly multiple-choice questions testing geographical knowledge and skills. All participants receive results and certificates.

Outstanding students at each Year level win prizes which include books, special certificates, and medals for first in Australia. Upon approveal, Students will join a Google Classroom created specifically for the competition where students can access previous tests to assist them prepare for the test in their own time after school and during the school holidays.
