Weekly Events - Week 10B

Dear students, parents and carers, and the MAHS Community,

We have made it to Week 10B commencing 27^th June and what a term it has been.  I am sure we are looking forward to a great winter break of two weeks.  Big thank you to everyone this term for their efforts and commitment to school and for the range of academic and sporting activities that were offered.  Before we finish up the week, we have finally arrived at our Elective and Subject Selection Evening on Monday 27^th June.  As a reminder, the evening is as follows:

• Year 8 arrive at 5:15pm for a 5:30pm start in the Hall.
• Year 10 interested students in the School To Employment Pathway (STEP) arrive at 5:20pm for a 5:35pm start in the Library.
• All Year 10 arrive at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start in the Hall.

Students, parents and carers will hear about subjects offered, processes, and for Year 10 RoSA and HSC requirements.  All booklets will be provided on the evening.

This week Year 10 will also participate in two days of career and future planning.  Big thank you to everyone involved including our motivational speakers who have so much to share about resilience, perseverance and life opportunities.  All information for Year 10 students has been placed outside Ms Cav's external window, with a guide to be provided to each student on Monday.
