Misadventure Forms
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can impact a student's ability to complete assessments on time. If such situations arise, students may apply for an extension or special consideration using our Misadventure Form.
The Misadventure Form allows students to:
- Explain the circumstances affecting their assessment submission
- Request additional time or alternative arrangements
How to submit a Misadventure Form:
- Download the Misadventure Form here
- Complete the form with relevant details
- Submit the form to the Assessment Coordinator or via the provided submission portal
Please ensure forms are submitted promptly and accompanied by any supporting documentation where applicable.
